FAQs

​

Who is The Bridge for? Black, millennial women going through transition while seeking community and guidance. The Bridge is for someone who may not be ready to commit to 1:1 life coaching or therapy.

What are the dates and time commitment? The program runs from Aug 14-Jan 22. 12 sessions total. Two Thursdays per month. 60-75 minutes per session. Dates are: 8/14, 8/28, 9/11, 9/25, 10/9, 10/23, 11/6, 11/20, 12/4, 12/18, 1,/8, 1/22

Why the name? In song, the bridge is where everything changes. This section breaks from repetition to introduce a new melody, different lyrics and/or a shift in energy! It’s the turning point.

Can I join any time? Unfortunately, no. The program is designed for all of the individual sessions to flow together. I do offer one on one coaching sessions. Sign up for a free consultation any time.

Practice compassion through pause, rest, and nervous system regulation.

With clarity of purpose, you’ll begin to lead, live, and love from your center.

Soothe is a wellness ecosystem centering music as the pathway to growth, healing and self-discovery.  Through curated playlists, communal gatherings, and life coaching, Soothe encourages you to slow down, feel deeply and become who you were meant to be.  Basically, it's a vibe.
